New decade, new start

We're on a verge of a new decade. 2020 is here. It's a symbol of a new era, but also time to take a look in the past. Last decade, work has got me to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, Jokerit, Salavat Yulaev, Espoo Blues & United and Wolfsburg. Great teams and new stories every year. Hockey life is similar all over the world. From Espoo, have to mention two bankrupt clubs in two seasons. As seasoned professional have seen all 😀

With a coaching career over 30 years and more than 1100 pro-level games, there is always a risk of getting stuck to old routines. Some years ago, I felt that an update was needed. Last few years I have made an effort to evaluate my work flow. In some cases, breaking old habits and building new from scratch. In other cases, tweaking existing methods. I have been blessed of having good friends and colleagues helping me on this journey. They have been sparring me and helping me. They have honestly said if something wasn't working. I really appreciate their help. Now I feel renewed professionally. Couldn't have done it without You 👊

2020 is here. New start. Sometimes You have to take a leap of faith. Break old routines and habits. This is the only way to stay fresh in life. Happy new year and everything good to the upcoming decade, my friends 👊
